At HER Studios we aim to make a positive impact by helping women take charge of their health and fitness through personal training, nutrition education, and self-awareness coaching. All guided by ISSA Certified Personal Trainer – Coach Dess
Coach Dess also has additional certifications in weight loss, weight management, and strength training. As a wife and busy mom of 4, Dess took her health and wellness into her own hands. At the age of 30, weighing over 250lbs, Coach Dess used her knowledge of nutrition and fitness to turn her life completely around and so can you!
In 2020, Coach Dess founded HER Studios to help women just like herself get into the best shape of their lives.

In 2018, I was overweight and suffered from chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancer. I accepted responsibility for my then predicament, telling myself that I needed to set an example for myself and my family.
My journey to fitness and wellness began with me adjusting parts of my life that I had control over, two of which was my nutrition and fitness. Once I changed my diet and exercised daily, after a couple of months, I was 100% OFF all prescribed medications and lost over 70lbs.
Everyone’s journey is different; nevertheless, I am prepared and excited to help you attain your fitness goals while providing unwavering support at each stage.
